Terms of Use
Effective November 1, 2026
These terms apply to Tapmedal, the free games at bitgames.win (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you only play without an account, the rules in sections 3 and 6 to 9 still apply to your use of the service.
1. Who can use it
Anyone can play. To create an account you must be at least 14 years old (or older, if your country requires a higher age to agree on your own).
2. Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your country is fixed after you choose it.
- Don't create accounts to impersonate others or to boost a country's ranking.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account screen.
3. Fair play
The leaderboard only works if everyone plays fair. You agree not to:
- use bots, macros, auto-clickers, modified game code or any tool that plays for you or changes your score;
- send fake scores to the server or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
- attack, overload or try to break into the service or other players' accounts;
- use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, contains personal information, or advertises something.
We may remove scores, reset nicknames, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and we may correct leaderboards and medals when we find cheating or errors.
4. Seasons, medals and XP
Seasons, rankings, medals, levels and XP are just for fun. They have no money value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and there are no prizes unless we clearly announce one. We may change how scores, medals or levels work, or reset them, to keep the game fair.
5. The service
The service is free. We may add, change or remove games and features, or stop the service, at any time. We will try to give notice of big changes on the site.
6. Our content
The games, graphics, sounds and code belong to Tapmedal. You may play and share links and screenshots of the games, but you may not copy, sell or republish the games themselves without permission.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that your records will never be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tapmedal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or rankings, arising from your use of the free service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will ask you to agree again when you next log in. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
